Can morning workouts improve your sales?

I firmly believe that exercising each morning can and will improve sales performance.

Why?

There are many reasons, but four stand out most:

  1. Morning workouts give you energy which lasts throughout the day.

Energy is what enables you to put in a FULL day and feel sharper so you can complete things faster and work efficiently.

2. Morning workouts make you feel good.

When you feel good, you communicate better with clients and colleagues and are more pleasant to be around. People buy from who they like and trust.

3. Morning workouts will help you develop discipline.

Discipline is what enables you to do the things you don’t feel like doing, when you don’t feel like doing them.

4. Working out consistently will give you confidence, because you are honoring your commitments to yourself.

Confidence is key to success in any industry, but especially in sales.

Try working out five mornings a week and watch how much better you look, feel, and perform!

Even if it’s just fifteen minutes, make it a habit.
