Fireside Chat with David Wolf

How is it possible to quickly become a top performer in every new role you take on, even when you have no experience in that role?

It’s simple but not easy. Here’s the playbook:

1. Have a growth mindset

2. Find a mentor who has excelled in that role to learn exactly what to do

3. Set a vision for what you want to accomplish

4. Identity the core activities that will enable you to achieve that vision

5. Commit to relentless daily execution and trust the process.

How you do ONE THING is how you do EVERYTHING.

Which is why success follows successful people wherever they go.

It’s not fluke or luck.

History simply repeats itself.

In this month’s Fireside Chat, I had the privilege of interviewing David Wolf, who is a longtime friend and sales leader.

David is currently a mid-market Regional Vice President at one of the world’s largest, most respected software companies.

He’s their youngest RVP and has seen tremendous success in every role that he’s had achieving Winners Circle 5 times across the roles of AE, VP, and RVP.

He most recently managed a team of 28 AE’s and 4 VP’s, and was able to send all 4 VP’s to Presidents Club, have over half his AE’s overachieve plan, and around 30% make it Club.

Most impressive to me was that he did this with a brand new team with little to no SaaS experience, and only 4 of his original 28 AE’s having started with him.

He attributes his success to a relentless work ethic combined with a strong commitment to personal and spiritual growth.

During this conversation, listeners will receive a Masterclass on the principles of success which ANYBODY can apply regardless of role.

He also shares what he teaches his AE’s that makes them so successful, and where they spend their time to drive repeatable, consistent results.
