It’s not often that I get the chance to sit down with an NFL Super Bowl Champion and hear all his secrets to success. 

I recently interviewed Stephen Hauschka, the former NFL kicker who played a pivotal role in the Seattle Seahawks’ success, including their victory in Super Bowl XLVIII where they defeated the Denver Broncos 43-8, and he personally outscored Payton Manning 11-8. 

Stephen developed a range of psychological skills under pressure and honed his understanding of teamwork and leadership during his 13-year career. He holds several NFL records, such as the most consecutive 50-yard field goals while playing for the Buffalo Bills.

Stephen’s story is truly inspiring. He began playing football at the age of 19 and, within four years, earned a spot in the NFL. 

During our conversation, I learned about Stephen’s incredible journey to the NFL, the challenges he faced early on, and the critical switch he made to reach the top of his game when nothing seemed to be working.
