Getting to an ALL IN state

This quarter, I set a Q4 goal of selling 1M. This is significantly higher than we’ve ever sold in a quarter, and will require our entire team going ALL IN to make it happen.

So what exactly does the ALL IN state look like, and how do you get there? 

Here’s what the ALL IN state looks like: 

  1. Laser focused on achieving a massive goal
  2. Show up fully and give your all every single day
  3. Busy doing and not stuck thinking (no paralysis by analysis)
  4. Working with urgency every hour of every day
  5. Failure is not an option 

The ALL IN state occurs when you make a decision that you are going to hit a major goal. It’s not an ambition or desire…it’s a decision. It will happen! 

The “how you get there” doesn’t matter as much as the what! 

Because you are so committed when you’re in the ALL IN state, the answers and solutions come to you more naturally and quickly, and come from places you never would have imagined. 

Or as my friend Chris Dorris so eloquently puts it: 

“Inherent within your desires are the mechanics for their own fulfillment.”

Once I decided that we would sell 1M, that’s when the mechanics unfolded. 

I quickly realized that to hit this goal, I would need to roll up my sleeves and start selling again for the first time in 18 months. 

I also took a B2C sales course from my mentor Rory Vaden called “Pressure Free Persuasion” which was tailored towards selling coaching services. 

The results were immediate and impactful. 

In my first week selling, I booked $72,500 in revenue and closed 3 out of 5 calls. 

I also recorded the calls and sent them to my Head of Sales Tanveer Mostafa to review. 

He quickly took notice and closed $86,000 during that same time period. 

For a total of $158,500 booked revenue in 8 business days. 

I will continue selling alongside Tanveer in Q4 to ensure we are doing everything possible to hit our company goal.

This is what going ALL IN looks like.
