Masterminds have been an important part of my life for the past 7 years. 

I’m such a strong believer in Masterminds that I left a lucrative sales career to start my own Mastermind called Untap Your Sales Potential. 

What exactly is a Mastermind? 

It’s a group of like-minded people who come together to grow and learn from each other and build a strong community several times per year. 

In addition to live events, Masterminds often include private coaching and weekly group meetings for ongoing support, accountability, and growth. 

Here’s what my Mastermind journey has looked like: 

2017-2018 – Epic Impact (now called Abundant). This program helped me go from an inward, egocentric seller to a customer focused seller. 

Results: Became the #1 Enterprise AE at Salesforce and tripled my income

2019-2020 Brand Builders Group. This program helped me start my side hustle coaching business from the ground up. 

Results: Took an idea in my head and turned it into reality. After 2 years, I was able to replace my sales income and leave corporate America 

2020-2021 – Addiction Recovery. While not a formal Mastermind, the concept is the same. I met with 12 step groups every week (like minded people), had a sponsor (aka coach), and accountability buddies. 

Results: I’ve been sober for over 3 years and no longer battle with my demons

2022-2023 – Quantum Mastermind. Led by Sam Ovens, this Mastermind is for online business owners looking to grow and scale their business. Huge focus on identifying and executing the things that matter most (80/20 rule) as a CEO. 

Results: My business is on pace for over 2M this year

Masterminds work. 

The key is to be FULLY COMMITTED to the Mastermind by attending all the live events and weekly calls. 

Like anything in life, you get out what you put in. 

We just ran our first Sales Mastermind in April, where 25 elite tech sellers came together to connect and grow in beautiful Hermosa Beach.
