How to Book Executive Meetings Using Cold E-mail

This is the same template I used at Salesforce and now coach my clients on. It’s helped reps land meetings that turned into six and seven-figure deals.

If you want to break into the C-suite, you have to do what most reps won’t:
Do your research and develop a real point of view on how you can help.

That’s what makes these emails work.

You can’t just show up pitching your product—you need to show them you understand what they’re trying to achieve, and how you can help them get there faster.

🧠 Here’s the 5-Step Framework I Teach in the Video

If you’re reaching out to executives, spray-and-pray doesn’t cut it. This is deep work—but it’s also what separates amateurs from elite sellers.

Here’s the structure:

1. Start Warm and Personal
Lead with heart. Acknowledge something real about them—their background, a recent interview, something personal that stood out.

2. Give a Sincere Compliment
Not fake flattery. Real respect. Execs are human—show them you actually care.

3. Share an Observation + Link to Research
Use a quote, podcast, article, or earnings call. Give them context and show your work. This builds instant credibility.

4. Offer Your Point of View
This is where the magic happens. You’re saying:

“You’re focused on X. I believe we can help by doing Y, which will help you achieve Z.”

Make the connection clear. Link their goals to the value you bring.

5. Ask for the Meeting
Keep it simple. Don’t hard sell. Invite them to explore if there’s a fit.
