How to get out of a “funk”
We all have days where we get down on ourselves, regardless of how well things may be going in our lives.
Today I share a helpful hack to “snap out of it” when you feel like you’re in a funk or having a rough day where it’s hard to get going.
A few important pointers to remember:
- GET MOVING AND CHANGE YOUR STATE by doing some intense exercise or simply taking a walk outside.
- Try not to beat yourself up about all the things you “should” be doing
- Stop procrastinating and TAKE ACTION on the things that you can control that you know you need to do
