How to get out of a “funk”

We all have days where we get down on ourselves, regardless of how well things may be going in our lives.

Today I share a helpful hack to “snap out of it” when you feel like you’re in a funk or having a rough day where it’s hard to get going.

A few important pointers to remember:

  1. GET MOVING AND CHANGE YOUR STATE by doing some intense exercise or simply taking a walk outside.
  2. Try not to beat yourself up about all the things you “should” be doing
  3. Stop procrastinating and TAKE ACTION on the things that you can control that you know you need to do
