How do you stay motivated every single year in sales? 

It comes down to setting ambitious goals that inspire you to perform better, and visualizing success before it happens.

If you take the time to visualize specific goals that you can see, feel, and taste ahead of time, then you will show up inspired, driven, and focused because you know exactly what you’re working for. 

Once you’ve seen it in your mind and experienced what it feels like, then you will do whatever it takes to manifest these goals in reality. 

My biggest year in sales occurred when I wanted to buy a dream home for my family, which we couldn’t afford at the time. 

I imagined it in my mind, and saw my wife gardening in our dream backyard with our young kids running around on a big green lawn. 

Within a year we had purchased our dream home, and my wife now gardens in the same place I had imagined while our two boys play in the same backyard I had dreamed of. 

In Napoleon Hill’s famous book Think and Grow Rich, he states: 

“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” 

Visualization is the tool that enables you to conceive, feel, and believe before you achieve. 

In 2023, my goal is to purchase a Lake House which I will use for family weekend getaways and Mastermind retreats for my Untap Your Sales Potential Sales Community. 

This will be a place to create abundant experiences and memories with my family, friends, and clients.
