My Perfect Morning Routine
The secret to your success can be found in your daily routines.
When my routines are off, my results in ALL areas of life will be off.
That’s why I try to follow a consistent morning routine every day.
Here’s what it looks like:
My morning routine revolves around Body, Mind, and Soul.
1. Body
-20-30 minutes cardio exercise (usually running or biking)
-Cold shower
-Energy shake
2. Mind
-10 minutes meditation (Waking Up app)
-Daily scripture (Today in the Word App)
-Personal Development (The Book of Mental Toughness Mantras)
3. Soul -Affirmation -Prayer
This morning routine puts me in a peak energy state which extends throughout the day.
It’s the main reason why I’m able to show up my best, regardless of the day or situation.
When you feel better, you sell better.
In today’s video, I break down my morning routine in detail, including sharing the specific prayer and affirmation which connects me to my vision, purpose, and higher power.
Your morning routine doesn’t need to be perfect, but it does need to be consistent.
The key is to do things which make you feel great physically, strengthen your mind, and connect you to your why and purpose daily.
