The #1 Key to Staying in Shape Forever

After running my second marathon in 5 months, I’ve decided to take a break from endurance racing for a while. 

However, I will continue to run, bike, and work out consistently. 

My 2023 plan to get in the best shape of my life even though I’m not running another marathon this year. 

Why? 

Because staying in shape is core to my IDENTITY. 

So what exactly does this mean? 

Simply put, your CORE IDENTITY is whatever makes you feel like you. 

If I don’t work out, I don’t FEEL LIKE MYSELF. 

My energy drops, as does my mood. 

And that impacts a lot more people than just me. 

So I NEED to work out to feel my best and show up as my best self. 

The #1 key to staying in shape for the rest of your life is to make health and fitness a core part of your identity.
