The best POV framework I’ve ever seen (steal this)

Everybody is talking about the need to build a powerful POV that grabs the attention of the C-suite. But very few people actually know how to do it. 

Last week, I sat down for an hour  with an Enterprise Seller who shared the best POV framework I’ve ever seen. 

His name is Ron Masi and he’s operating at an entirely different level.

He’s closed $45M+ in SaaS deals and built a reputation as one of the best in the world at selling to the C-suite.

But here’s what stood out most: he talks and thinks like a consultant, not an AE. And he’s more passionate about driving client outcomes than he is about selling software.

This is his POV Framework

1. Start with the Macro Shift
What is fundamentally changing in the customer’s world?

2. Translate to Business Impact
How does that shift impact their company specifically?

3. Expose Unconsidered Risks
What happens if they don’t act? 

4. Define the Strategic Business Case
Why does it make sense to address this risk now? 

5. Show Winners & Losers
Who benefits… and who gets left behind?

6. Recommend Action
What should they do next, and how can your company help? 

But that’s just one piece of what he shared.

He also broke down:
