What is the Meaning of Life?

In today’s video, I will attempt to answer the following question: What is the Meaning of Life?

While I don’t proclaim to have all the answers, I will try my best to share a philosophy which has given strong meaning and purpose to my own life, as well as the lives of my family, friends, and clients.

This philosophy has helped me get through good times and bad, and show up consistently every step of the way.

This philosophy has also helped me reach the highest level of sales, overcome lifelong struggles with addiction, save my marriage, run 2 marathons, and build a thriving coaching business.

So here it is…

“Happiness is the joy I feel in the pursuit of my full potential.”

Simply put, the meaning of life is to pursue your full potential and become the best you are capable of becoming in ALL areas of life.

And enjoy the journey every step of the way (even when it’s painful).

Because the joy is in the journey, not the destination.

The best part about it?

The work is never done.

You may be doing great in your career or finances, but have lots of room to get better as a parent.

Or perhaps you are a great husband, wife, mother, or father, but you are neglecting your health, fitness, or sleep.

As you focus on improving one area of your life, inevitably another area may suffer.

So the ultimate challenge is to be the very best you can in ALL areas of your life, which is a lifelong pursuit.

We’ve all been blessed with God-given gifts, and we must use these gifts in the best possible way.

Even our struggles and hardships can be viewed as gifts, because they make us grow stronger and get better.

You didn’t come this far just to come this far!!!

In today’s video, I share how to live by this philosophy and apply it every day.

Huge thanks and credit to Mike Corr for inspiring this post.
